After starting my personal development journey, I realised that I loved the NLP and ILM7 coaching and mentoring training I had learnt and wanted to use it to coach others. I have a passion for helping others to help themselves. When I reflected on how I could do this, I realised that the framework I had used to reverse my pre-diabetes status could help others too, and my FRESH Framework was born.
