My 5-Step FRESH Framework
This framework is part of the Reset Your Habits and Reverse Your Pre-Diabetes 21-day program. I reversed my Pre-Diabetes status by myself after researching what I needed to do. When I received my results the nurse was less than helpful. She said to come back in a year for a blood test. I asked her what should I do she said she was not there to give that advice, I now think it was because I was just on the border of being pre-diabetic and rather than ensure I did not progress the NHS is happy to wait for it to get worse.
I believe that if we can help ourselves and then sustain the habits we change we can do well and have a great lifestyle. e done this myself. I was flabbergasted when I received my Pre diabetic diagnosis. Instead of just accepting it I decided I was going to change things as I knew it would lead to Type Two diabetes if I did nothing. I did not want to be where some of my siblings were on multiple medications and their bodies were more and more out of kilter. Co morbidities managed by medication do not help you to heal your body.
